Includes Conference registration (x2), a short presentation at the opening ceremony/lunch, or Wednesday night, prominent signage around hotel recognizing elite sponsorship level, name of meeting room signage, Guest/Spouse registration (x2), Full page ad with logo in the event program, conference meals hosted at hotel (x2), exhibitor space included (premium location, larger size with two tables and power upon request), listing in the online registration pages, and inclusion on the sponsors/exhibitors/donors’ pages of the program.

Mockernut Hickory ($1,500.00)

Features inclusion on the sponsors/exhibitors/donors’ pages of the program in the exhibitor space. Recognition as reception sponsor in the program.

Awards Luncheon Sponsor ($5,000.00)

Includes 1 complimentary registration; your logo will be printed on signage displayed during the luncheon. Recognition as luncheon sponsor in the program. One table with power (upon request) in the exhibitor space. Option of short presentation at the start of the awards luncheon.
Coffee Sponsor ($2,500.00)
(One Sponsorship Available)
Includes 1 complimentary registration; Company Name and Logo will be displayed near all complimentary coffee locations and in the program. Be everyone’s favorite sponsor making sure we never run out of coffee.
Bag Sponsor ($1,000.00) [Sold Out]

Have your bag distributed at the registration desk to all attendees. The sponsor logo will be included on the bag with the SGSF design. MFC will order the bags.
Snack Break Sponsor ($0.00)
(Eight Sponsorships Available, $1,000 ea. | Select for quantity options)
Have your logo on signage displayed on snack tables and in the program.

I grant SGSF and MFC permission to use my logo as described in my selected sponsorship options, and other 2025 Annual Meeting promotions

Sponsor must supply a high-resolution logo with transparent background to appear in materials as described in selected options.
